    this is real just look at the shadow at the back still on the same position.

    They are all real except for the dick pic. The reflection is the same because it's just his upper body. They added the towel hanging to cover the fact that he was wearing pants in the reflection, and then photoshopped him nude on the left

      But in the fourth picture you can see the reflection of the towel also
